Coaching can be guided by an individual's  own goals or as part of organisational approach focusing on aspects like leadership development or developing high performance cultures.

Harnessing traditional coaching models as well as the enormous power of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we'll move forward together building skills and solutions that work for you.

Drawing on the extensive experience in challenging professional settings our director and associates have skills and insights to support your mentoring journey. With years of consulting at high levels in the public and private sectors and elite sport, and viewing all this through the power of applied psychology, our mentoring equips clients with insights to thrive in their setting.

Mentoring can provide a pathway through those seemingly intractable problems where you may feel stuck. Together we'll find the path that leads you forward.

Workshops

Workshops allow for exploration of specific topics in an accessible and meaningful way. We work with you to understand your needs and build the workshop around the language and examples that resonate with the world you and your team inhabit.

Standalone workshops are  usually either half-day or full-day events and are interactive, involving individual and small group exercises. General topics include:

Toolkit series

Our toolkit series is a flexible and dynamic way to explore wider topics. We break big topics like stress management, culture development and leadership effectiveness down into bite sized chunks which can be delivered around your ongoing business and operational needs.

This approach allows attendees to explore and practice specific elements which build across the series into a full skill set.

 Conference Talks

 Are you seeking a keynote for your conference or an energetic , fun and engaging talk to kick off your team event?

Lasting anything from 20 minutes to 90 minutes, for a more involved keynote address, and covering audience sizes from 20 to several hundred delegates, we can work with you to design and deliver a memorable and enjoyable talk which will add something extra to your event

Basing talks around exploring how thinking actually works, not how we often assume it does, our director Aidan will challenge,  energise, inform and engage your delegates.

If you're developing a product or delivering a programme or project, or if you're taking your team through change,  and you're interested in human centred design then we can provide consultancy to help you hit the mark.

Behavioural science allows us to understand more about what influences our choices, and actions. Our director and associates can offer knowledge to give you that additional insight into what can shift mindsets and support positive behaviour change.

Facilitation

While workshops provide a great setting to explore topics and learn skills, sometimes there's a need to go deeper into a specific issue. And sometimes the underlying root cause of these issues may be ill-defined or not fully understood. 

Facilitation provides the room to explore these issues, identifying root causes and contributory factors as well as creating specific forward plans and solutions.

Facilitation allows difficult questions to asked and explored without the emotion taking over 

An example of this may stress as a presenting issue within a team. 

Facilitation would provide the forum to explore questions like:
  • Where the stress and what's causing it
  • What impact is the stress having, what impact on absence, performance and morale
  • What needs to change
  • And then what steps will be taken to address this
In this way facilitation goes deep not just into the specifics of the issue but also the solutions.
