Our founder and director Aidan Kearney CPsychol is a British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Coaching Psychologist, a BPS RAPPS registered psychology practice supervisor and a professional member of the Association of Contextual Behavioural Science. He is known for his expertise in human behaviour and working with clients to adopt core principles of performance psychology.
After a career in policing and investigatory roles including police oversight and government investigations, during which time Aidan studied and applied forensic psychology, he moved full time into applied psychology consultancy.
Aidan has worked with the likes of Professor Steve Peters (creator of the innovative Chimp model and writer of the The Chimp Paradox) as part of Steve's Chimp Management consultancy. He continues to work with other experts in the field of psychology including training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with Professor Ross White and Dr Ray Owen.
Stemming from years of studying and applying psychology Aidan understood the huge potential and opportunity that we as humans have to mould our thinking, solve our problems and be the architect of our own minds.
So in 2018 Aidan formed Malleable Mind Ltd to bring this skill, expertise and experience to life in a way that enables our clients to thrive, to be the best version of themselves and to reach their goals, realising their potential
